Legal status of MIECH G-16: (Does MIECHS have NOC?)
Most people ask:
Is G-16 an approved Housing Scheme/Society?
The simple answer to this question is yes.
In 1984, the project was registered with the Circle Registrar, Co-operative ICT, Islamabad, under the Cooperative Societies Act, 1925.
As it is an approved housing project by the Capital Development Authority (CDA), there is no legal obligation on this housing project.
The CDA approved the layout plan earlier in 2005. In 2020, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) was granted.
MIECHS has bylaws approved by the Circle Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies.
These legal approvals provide investors with a sense of satisfaction and trustworthiness.
MIECHS Master Plan
Like many other sectors of CDA, the project features a commercial Markaz, a mosque, green belts, and plots that are perfectly divided with transparent street number allocation.
The construction of this project is entirely environmentally friendly because of the inclusion of green belts.

Excellent post on G-16 sector.
Salam everyone,
I bought a 1 kanal plot in Sector 1 four years ago. However, to date, no possession has been granted to the owners, and there has been zero development. The reason behind this is that the management sold plots in Sector 1 and Sector 2 without first buying the land from the landowners. Additionally, the management has had no contact or communication with the landowners, which is very deceptive.

I am member of miechs since 1998. I have been allocated plot size 30×60 in G 16/3 in 2009. Its possession is still awaited.
I intend to sell this file. What is current price of this non possession plot?
Contact No.?
Waiting for possession
