- PCAA (Civil Aviation Authority)
- NHA (National Highway Authority)
- PEPA (Pakistan Environment Protection Agency)
Development Status & Possession
Development work was completed in most blocks.
However, some blocks have also been provided with possession, particularly block B, which comprises a 1 Kanal residential plot.
The owners are also working diligently to provide their residents with all the necessities, including water, Electricity, and SUI gas.
Recently, they confirmed successful water testing in Block D. The distribution system comprises 3-, 4-, and 6-inch HDPE pipes from 6 water storage tanks, each with a capacity of 150,000 gallons. Furthermore, the project’s success has led Dynast Associates to consider extending Blocks J and H.
What Incentive for Construction?
They are giving construction incentives before 31st August 2020. If you start construction right away, society will provide the following incentives:
1) The possession fee was waived off
2) Free excavation
3) Assistance in map design
4) Free electricity and water for the first 3 months of construction.
