Which documents are required for Property Valuation Certificate (PVC)?

The following documents are required for the Property Valuation Certificate in Pakistan
:
- Valid CNIC of the owner of the property
(Note: In case the owner sponsors someone for a student or resident visa, provide CNICs of both the sponsor and the applicant.) - Ownership/Titled Documents
Registry, Fresh Fard Malkiat, or Inteqal in case of Land/Plot.
Transfer Letter / Allotment Letter provided by issuing authorities such as Housing Society, Housing Project, or governmental bodies like CDA, RDA, Multan/Muzaffarabad Development Authority, Karachi Development Authority, etc.
On obtaining these documents, one can avail the Property Valuation Certificate in Pakistan.
