How much does property management cost?
Our annual property management fee is equivalent to one month's rent. Property expenses such as repairs, maintenance, utility bills and society charges are separate.
Do you manage rental properties for overseas Pakistanis?
Yes. ICONS provides local property-management coordination for owners living outside Islamabad, Rawalpindi or Pakistan, subject to the agreed management scope.
Do you find and manage tenants?
Tenant-related services can include tenant search, verification, tenancy documentation, communication and move-in or move-out coordination, depending on your agreement.
Who pays for property repairs and maintenance?
Repairs and maintenance are separate from the annual management fee. The applicable contractor, labour, material and parts costs are the owner's property expenses unless otherwise agreed.

Yes. Property inspections and condition updates can be included within the agreed management scope.
