How long does it take for my property for sale or real estate I am looking for to appear on this website?
Your listing starts to appear as soon we activate your account. It may take between 5 minutes to 3 Hrs before we activate your account.
What if I don't find a location in city where I want to sell or buy a plot?
If you don't find a location where you want to post your listing, you may add it under the location: OTHERS. We will add your location within 24 Hrs and place your property under that location. However if you don't find a city where you want to buy or sell property, you may request us by filling contact us page form.
I would like to advertise my property

<em>(Note: In case the owner sponsors someone for a student or resident visa, provide CNICs of both the sponsor and the applicant.)</em></li>

Registry, Fresh Fard Malkiat, or Inteqal in case of Land/Plot.
Transfer Letter / Allotment Letter provided by issuing authorities such as Housing Society, Housing Project, or governmental bodies like CDA, RDA, Multan/Muzaffarabad Development Authority, Karachi Development Authority, etc.</li>

What is the process of Property Valuation Certificate (PVC)?
How property valuation works? (What is the process of Property Valuation Report?)It is a 3 step process.On booking valuation services, you are required to pay requisite charges in total. On making payment, our Surveyor/Engineering staff will be assigned task to visit property/Factory/Vehicles/Machinery for verification and site visit.As per SOP, our concerned staff collects relevant data and pictures for detailed report compilation/depiction.After that Property Valuation Certificate (PVC) or Property Valuation Report may be ready in 2-3 working days for delivery.

Here's the list of documents required for the <a href="https://icons.com.pk/how-to-get-property-valuation-certificate-in-pakistan" target="_blank" rel="noopener">property valuation certificate (evaluation)</a>:Valid CNIC of the owner of a property/Factory/Vehicles/Machinery etc. In case the owner sponsors someone for getting a student visa/resident visa in a country then he/she may provide the CNIC of the owner as well as the CNIC of who is applying for the Visa.Ownership/Titled Documents (Registry or Fresh Fard Malkiat or Inteqal in case of Land/Plot). Transfer Letter/Allotment Letter provided issuing Authority is a Housing Society, Housing Project, and Authorities like Capital Development Authority (CDA) or Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) Multan or Muzaffarabad Development Authority Karachi Development Authority etc.In the case of a Vehicle, a vehicle ownership copy is required.
