Transfer Letter / Allotment Letter provided by issuing authorities such as Housing Society, Housing Project, or governmental bodies like CDA, RDA, Multan/Muzaffarabad Development Authority, Karachi Development Authority, etc.</li> </ol> On obtaining these documents, one can avail the Property Valuation Certificate in Pakistan.</div>
